Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Two years of experience in the receipt, storage, and inventory of materials to include experience operating materials handling equipment are required. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis.
Description: This position is part of the Facility and Warehouse Section within the Administration Division. The incumbent will perform general facility and warehouse duties, including the delivery and pick-up of Tax Collector items throughout Miami-Dade County. The role requires basic computer skills to complete tasks and track maintenance and inventory items. Candidates should be familiar with Miami-Dade’s roadways, able to drive safely in various conditions, and interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner. The ability to follow both verbal and written instructions is essential.
