Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez, recently had a productive meeting with Sweetwater Mayor José “Pepe” Díaz to discuss new opportunities for expanding access to essential government services for the residents of Sweetwater.
The meeting focused on deepening collaboration between the Tax Collector’s Office and the City of Sweetwater, with an emphasis on delivering real solutions that meet the needs of the local community.
“Our conversation with Mayor Díaz was productive and forward-looking,” said Tax Collector Fernandez. “By working together, we can ensure that Sweetwater residents have better access to critical services, right in their own neighborhood.”
The Miami-Dade County Tax Collector’s Office currently offers a wide range of services, including:

✅ Parking permits for persons with disabilities
