Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez Joins Community in Honoring Jimmy Ryce Through Street Naming Dedication

Jimmy Ryce’s tragic abduction and murder in 1995 forever changed South Florida and led to significant reforms aimed at protecting children and strengthening public safety.
