This action reflects a clear commitment to coordination, transparency, and full compliance with applicable laws governing business tax receipts, including laws related to businesses engaged in activities involving the Cuban communist, socialist, regime. By formalizing communication and oversight procedures, the Town is reinforcing the integrity of its licensing process and ensuring that legal requirements are consistently applied.
