MIAMI, FL – Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez held a productive meeting with Rutilio Cruz Escandón Cadenas, the General Consul of Mexico in Miami, to discuss opportunities for deeper collaboration and support for the Mexican community in the region.
