MIAMI, FL – Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez held a productive meeting with Rutilio Cruz Escandón Cadenas, the General Consul of Mexico in Miami, to discuss opportunities for deeper collaboration and support for the Mexican community in the region.

The meeting, held in Miami, focused on ways to better connect with the county’s diverse populations and ensure that essential tax services are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the unique needs of all residents.

“Connecting with our diverse communities in Miami-Dade is key to understanding their needs and enhancing our services,” said Tax Collector Fernandez. “Miami is a multicultural hub, and by strengthening relationships like the one with Consul Escandón Cadenas, we can better serve every resident.”
