Job summary

Minimum Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree. A minimum of three years of legislative and/or legal experience performing research and analysis for a legislative body or other related experience is required. Current membership in the State of Florida Bar Association is required.

Description:

 Preferred Candidates will have experience in general government law, real estate litigation, possess expertise in drafting and reviewing procurement contracts and leases, and have working knowledge of all chapters of bankruptcy law. Management or supervisory experience is required.
