The incumbent oversees daily operations for payment processing and mail distribution functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of high-volume financial transactions and correspondence. Responsibilities include supervising an Assistant Section Manager and staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring productivity, and maintaining strong internal controls. The position requires evaluating operational processes, resolving complex issues, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. The Section Manager works closely with division leadership and other operational units to ensure continuity, reconciliation accuracy, and adherence to statutory requirements. Experience in mail distribution, payment processing, and working in a high-volume environment is preferred.
