Miami-Dade Tax Collector’s TConnect Mobile Office Connects with Residents at Coral Gables, Miami Beach, and in Doral

This week, Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez continued expanding access to essential government services through a series of community outreach visits across the county. The Tax Collector’s TConnect Mobile Office served residents at the Coral Gables Farmers Market, partnered with the Little Havana Activities Center at the Stella Maris Senior Building in Miami Beach, and collaborated with Commissioner J.C. Bermudez to assist residents in Doral.

At the Coral Gables Farmers Market, families and local residents were able to conveniently complete driver license renewals, vehicle registrations, identification services, and tax-related transactions while participating in a well-attended community event. The visit allowed residents to take care of important matters without needing to schedule a separate trip to a traditional office location.

In partnership with the Little Havana Activities Center, the TConnect team also visited the Stella Maris Senior Building, focusing on serving older adults and residents who benefit from services brought directly to their community. By providing on-site assistance, the Tax Collector’s Office helped reduce travel challenges and ensured that seniors had direct access to essential services in a familiar setting.

In Doral, the mobile office partnered with Commissioner J.C. Bermudez to assist working families and residents with busy schedules. The collaboration provided convenient access to services during the day, helping residents complete transactions efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
