When you subscribe to electronic billing:

1. Your tax bill will be delivered by email.
2. A paper bill will not be mailed unless you unsubscribe.
3. Accounts Exempt from Public Disclosure are not eligible.
4. Bills will be sent from noreply@grantstreet.com, our contracted software vendor. This email is legitimate and not spam. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

Important Notices

1. Email addresses are public records under Florida law.
2. Pursuant to Florida Statute § 197.322, if a notice of taxes is sent electronically and is returned as undeliverable, a second notice will be issued. The original electronic transmission, sent with the consent of the property owner, constitutes the official notice that taxes are due.

The statutory discount period will not be extended due to a tax bill being returned as undeliverable, whether electronically or by postal mail.
