When You Enroll in Electronic Billing

• Your tax bill will be delivered by email
• A paper bill will not be mailed unless you unsubscribe

Bills will be sent from noreply@grantstreet.com , our contracted software vendor. This email is legitimate and not spam. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the email.

Important Notices

• Email addresses are public records under Florida law
• Pursuant to Florida Statute § 197.322, if an electronically delivered tax notice is returned as undeliverable, a second notice will be issued; however, the original electronic transmission constitutes official notice that taxes are due
• Statutory discount periods will not be extended due to undeliverable tax bills, whether returned electronically or by postal mail
